Hello!
I’m so glad you’re here.

About Christina

A little backstory about how I got where I am today.

As a kid, I enjoyed many creative activities: teaching, making art, writing stories, and exploring the woods. I lived in the present and didn’t have a clear plan for the future.

When I reached my 20s, though, I felt stuck. I had lost my spark, feeling overwhelmed and afraid to navigate the unknown path ahead.

Eventually, I began bumbling through different jobs: ESL teacher, grocery cashier, HR assistant, retail clerk, banker, stem cell researcher, pottery assistant, SAT tutor.

While I engaging in my work and in my life, I had a life-changing shift in perspective and remembered my true self. After taking a solo cross country road trip, and living in Boston, Texas, Ghana, and Greece, I then settled in California, where I’ve been since 2014.

During this time in California, I’ve been working with clients as a tutor, as an office director, as a therapist, and as a career coach.

As a tutor, I realized that many of my students had ADHD. And I noticed we had a lot in common. Creativity, curiosity, energy, a similar way of thinking . . . I could relate. The more I studied ADHD, the more I recognized those traits in myself — and learned how to work with them.

By aligning with my strengths and natural energies, life became easier and my work became fun. Within a couple years, I was leading a successful team of tutors and supporting thousands of local families. While rising in my role, I also helped my team land new positions and succeed inside and outside the company.

To further develop my coaching and communication skills, I went to graduate school and earned my master’s degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

While working as a school counselor and then as therapist, I noticed how well I clicked with clients who had ADHD. The issues they came in for faded away, as they gained insight into their minds and applied their unique abilities. They began to enjoy their work and to strengthen their relationships, while gaining confidence to get promotions, create art, and start businesses.

After seeing my own and my clients’ successes, I transitioned away from therapy and opened my private career coaching practice, where I specialize in helping women with ADHD work in ways that align with their natural strengths.

If you’re a woman with ADHD who is ready to take responsibility for her career and well-being, I might be the right coach to help you. If you’d like to find out, let’s connect.
