In this live program together, we’ll set up ADHD-friendly organizational systems, so you’re accomplishing your most important career goals, while staying true to yourself and your energy.
In our first session, after assessing your unique situation and strengths, we’ll identify time-bound practical steps to take each week. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to unlimited texting with Christina and personalized ADHD resources, so you’re making progress in a way that feels supportive to you.

refining your digital and physical workspaces
identifying simple technologies for completing to-dos
optimizing your Google calendar and organizational systems
developing enjoyable morning and evening routines
creating space in your life for your well-being and family
feeling clear, energized, and a deep sense of self-trust

live weekly sessions with Christina via Zoom (50 min)
unlimited 1:1 text/email access to Christina between sessions
daily access to our private online ADHD resource hub
